Seal Pup in Nordic Knit, giclee print is A4 sized. Printed on archival, 310 gsm textured, white German Etching paper using archival inks for longevity.
I was inspired to make this print after observing a seal pup resting on the beach in Crail. He had proably fallen asleep at high tide and only woken after the sea had gone out, leaving him stuck on the strand line. It was a really chilly day so I drew on a chunky jumper to keep him cosy while he waited for the tide to come back in. The real life pup did make it safely back out to sea and came back again several times. This is the second in a series of Crail Coastal Animals in Jumpers, more coming soon.
This print will fit a standard A4 picture frame edge to edge (210mm x 297mm). If you would like to display it with a border or mount then choose an A3 sized frame (297mm x 420mm). Alternatively these prints also look great hung using a magnetic wooden poster hanger, you will need one that is 21cm wide. Your print will come packed in a card envelope backed with board and a protective sleeve.
